All rights reserved. Unauthorized scraping, mirroring, redistribution, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Respect for Third-Party IP

References on the Service to leagues (e.g., NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, WNBA), teams, players, and sportsbooks (e.g., DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars) are nominative uses for identification purposes only. All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, team logos, league logos, and player names and likenesses are the property of their respective owners. We claim no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship unless explicitly stated.

We do not host team or league logos, copyrighted game footage, or licensed player photos. If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property, follow the procedure below.

DMCA Takedown Notice

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), to submit a copyright infringement notice to our designated agent, email dmca@edgeboardai.appwith all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it (URLs).
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We will respond expeditiously and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat-Infringer Policy

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Trademark Complaints
