By accessing or using EdgeBoard AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.
2. Research Only — Not Betting Advice
EdgeBoard AI is a research and analytics platform. We surface statistics, model projections, grades, and educational commentary about publicly available sports data. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, broker bets, or guarantee outcomes. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or wagering advice. All decisions you make are your own and are made at your own risk.
3. Eligibility & Responsible Play
- You must be 21+ (or older where required by law).
- The Service is not directed to anyone in a jurisdiction where sports wagering research is restricted.

4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, resell, or redistribute Service content without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, model weights, or prompts.
- Bypass rate limits, authentication, or paywalls.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of any person.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all text, graphics, grades, projections, model outputs, software, the "EdgeBoard" name, the "EdgeBoard AI" mark, and our logos, are owned by EdgeBoard AI and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial research use. All other rights are reserved.
7. Third-Party Marks & Data
References to leagues, teams, players, sportsbooks, and other third parties (e.g., NBA, MLB, NFL, DraftKings, FanDuel) are for identification and informational purposes only. All such names, marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, player, or sportsbook unless explicitly stated.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
Portions of the Service use AI models to generate summaries, grades, and reasoning. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Do not rely on AI output as fact without independent verification.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GRADES OR PROJECTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGEBOARD AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EdgeBoard AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
