We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.

- Provide, secure, and improve the Service.

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights).
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (TLS), Row Level Security on all user-scoped tables, server-side authorization, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (California CCPA/CPRA, EU GDPR, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@edgeboardai.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to transfer of your data to the U.S.
10. Children
The Service is restricted to users 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
